How many of you think that the slack jeans worn by today’s youth look ridiculous?
You know the ones I mean, they look as if they belong to a (much bigger) older brother. The bottoms are scrunched up and drag in the dirt, the waist is around the groin, showing bum cleavage (but they refuse to wear a belt and are forever hoiking it up) and the ‘gusset’ is somewhere around the knees. Do they really think it looks good or do they think it’s ‘cool’ to look ridiculous?

This is another example of white kids with no brains trying to emulate black American hoodlums (for reasons known only to themselves). This thing with the jeans hanging round the a*se stems from American criminals (be they black or white) being thrown in jail and having their belts confiscated, thus causing their pants to hang off.
If the foolish logic of these British white kids makes them think that it’s ‘cool’ to look like black American lawbreakers, then so be it. Won’t get them through many job interviews though, eh?
