can i use a magnetic aquarium pump with pressurized canister filters??
i need to replace an old, noisy mechanical pump and want to use a quieter, more energy efficient magnetic pump instead. anyone know if they’re strong enough to push through the pressurized filters?
to power a 200 gallon tank 1 red sea mechanical filter and 1 carbon filter
figure i’ll need at least a 1200gph model to compensate… any help greatly appreciated. thanks!
