High quality cookware that is not overly heavy? Please read.?
I was just looking at All Clad cookware and while I loved the high quality I could not stand how heavy it was.
Is there any kind of very high quality cookware that is not so heavy?
Lastly, I do not want anything non stick.
Love my Farberwear stainless. Can’t hurt it. It’s lightweight without feeling cheesy. The all metal handles means I can toss a pot in the oven to keep warm. I also have a Calphalon 8 10 and 12″ frying pan. Of course you can get the all clad http://www.gourmetkitchencookware.com/All-Clad-Copper-Core-14-Piece-Cookware-Set.html but…..it does no better then the Farberware it’s just sexier.
