What knives and tools should I buy?
I’ll be starting my meat management and operations course in January to become a butcher, and I’d like some info on what kind of tools and knives I should get. The price isn’t too important, but I’d like some decent quality entry-level or mid-level cutlery.
Please only post if you’ve got several years in the industry.
Feel free to suggest a brand or two, as I only know good brands for hunting knives so far. =)
