Is there real difference between Chicago Metropolitan Cutlery Knives 15pc set and Cuisinart Cutlery 14pc set?
I saw the post about the two knive sets. Is there really any difference? Which would make better for a novice cook?
I have Chicago Cutlery knives. Been pleased with the performance and their ability to hold an edge. Be sure to get a “steel” for occasional sharpening. Cuisinart (fancy shmancy cooking gadgets brand name) are three times as expensive as C cutlery.
