What is the proper punctuation?
When making a list of my job duties, I want to say
Customer service, cash handling including: preparing the deposit, paring tills, ordering change for the safe and key holding, cleaning.
Cash handling through key holding is one task. Is that right, with the colon? It doesn’t look right.

If you have room on your resume, you should give each “main” task a new line:
* Customer Service
* Cash Handling, Including: Preparing deposits, Paring tills, Ordering change, Key holding
* Cleaning
If you don’t have the space, I would used parentheses:
Customer Service, Cash Handling (Preparing deposits, Paring tills, Ordering change, Key holding), Cleaning
OR, you can list evening separately:
Customer Service, Cash Handling, Preparing deposits, Paring tills, Ordering change, Key holding, Cleaning
