Why is lying the spelling for lie-ing?
Old and feble and need information before I die. Why on earth is it lying instead of lie-ing? Do we lay down to sleep or lie down to sleep? Why is it are are laying down the fork when it would be lie-ing? Is it Lieing when we tell a lie or is it lying? Poooooooooorrr ollllllddddd granny.
