What are the Best Strategies for Getting Six Pack Abs?
You can’t avoid the fact that it takes work to build six pack abs. As much as we’d all like to do it quickly, we can’t open up a can of six pack abs and drink it – no shortcuts to ab glory, we’re afraid. However, you can reduce the time it takes to reach your goals by eating and working out the right way. True enough, we know people who work out hard, and religiously, and they don’t have the abs; but we also realize they’re not focusing correctly in the right areas. It’s a matter of consistently exercising and eating a good diet over time. When you start making progress, you have to keep working at it, because it’s easy to fall into familiar habits and backslide.
