Can you cook fried chicken in a pot, instead of a frying pan?
I know you usually fry chicken in a skillet/fry pan, but our pan started to rust and leave particles in our food. So before I go out to buy another one, I was wondering if it’s possible to make fried chicken in a regular pot. It’s a silver cast iron pot, that has always done wonders with pot roast, chicken soup, etc. Any tips?
