I need ideas for breakfast and lunches when trying to eat healthy.?
I have begun exercising and watching my portions when I eat, but am struggling for ideas w/ breakfast and lunch. I have three kids and not much time to cook dinner so I still make the same things for supper, I just have a smaller portion of anything bad (like tuna helper) and I fill my plate with vegetables instead. I don’t have much time for breakfast, but could cook things the night before or a few days before to keep on hand. Also, I pack my lunch everyday so whatever I eat has to be portable. I have a microwave and a fridge at work. Any links to sites with breakfast and lunch ideas would be appreciated also.
