Good Bread Recipe Wanted?
I want to start baking good, rustic/peasant type yeast bread, like a good crusty Italian or French loaf. I am a novice baker, so I want to start with a simple recipe. I don’t mind kneading; in fact I want to learn the art of working with dough.
Anyone has a recipe to share, I would appreciate it.
