How can I make a vacume seal storage bag at home? I don’t want to have to buy those expensive bags.?
Do you already have a food saver?
If not go on freecycle and see if you can get 1 or Check Your local Goodwill. As for the bags you really need to use the proper bag, I have bought the inexpensive ones for the food saver they will not hold a vacuum for a long period of time and you can not reuse them as often. On my food saver you remove approximately 1 in. of bag each time, you can use them pretty much until they’re all used up, I no the food saver has the strongest vacuum.
