What should you look for when purchasing a knife set?
I know people often say you get what you pay for, but how do you know when the price seems too good to be true?
Good quality steel
Full tang construction (The blad and the metal in the handle are all one piece, from tip to tip)
No serrated edges.
Realistically though, as long as you don’t get dirt cheap crap for ten dollars, a knife set will last the average kitchen for years.
