Shun Knives – worth the money?
I’m thinking about getting a new Chef’s knife, and came across this page touting Shun Knives:

Those Classic knives are gorgeous but, man oh man, is a Chef’s knife worth that much money?
I figured I’d just get a cheap Forschner or something and be done with it.

I own a set on Shun Ken Onion’s the balance and heft are absolutely out of this world. using these knives makes cooking such a fun task because not only are they BEAUTIFUL but work equally as beautiful.
They are pricey but they are worth every single penny I paid for them.
