What to look for in a Whetstone/knife sharpener?
Hey 
I am looking to buy 2 whetstones. A “nicer one” (my first one, so something that will work, but does NOT have to be the top of the line) and a pocket “cheap” one, to take with me on volunteer builds where i work in the kitchen. I already have a Steel, but that doesn’t really always do the trick…
So im confused, what do i look for in them? Like what seperates a good one from a bad one? Do i want a oilstone or a waterstone? How much should i expect to pay for each? anything else is helpful! thanks
