Why would a tea pot have a small magnet inside?
Any suggestions to why a cute tea pot I bought in the Thrift Shop would have a small magnet inside.Bought it home,rinsed it out only to find a small magnet in the bottom. Is this an old time solution for better tea?
I suspect it is there to keep the tea ball at the bottom of the pot and prevent it from floating.
