Pie Crust – Volume recipes?
I am making about 36 apple pies, I’m looking for tips for making this volume of dough. I don’t want to have to repeat 36 times, so what is the cutoff for multiplying.
I don’t have a kitchenaid or high powered mixer, I only have a hand mixer and my hands for doing the mixing.
My biggest bowl is a Tupperware Thatsa bowl about 12 quarts.
