I am going to put a pizza in the oven directly on the rack with no tray…How do I get it off?
When I cook pizzas, I always put them on a tray, but I want to try baking one directly on the rack because I was told it will make the crust crispier. My problem is how do I get it out of the oven? I need help ASAP as I am about to put it in the oven.
You place the pizza on the rack and when it’s finished, you slide your pizza pan just under the rack and use a spatula to slide it onto the pizza pan. Place foil [or another pan on a lower rack to catch any drippings.
