Where can I find a shelf to put inside my Entertainment Center?

I’m looking to put a shelf under the TV in this entertainment center so I can use that area for other electronics. I also do not like seeing the wall behind the TV. Where can I buy a shelf that will work?
One easy thing to do in order to not see the wall behind is to simply spray paint a large piece of cardboard, cut to fit, and tack it onto the back of the entertainment center…
