how long does whole chickens last in the freezer, in a meat tray and sealed with that deli wrap?
what i am talking about is like how you get steaks or chops in the grocery store how its in the meat tray and wrapped with deli wrap or whatever you want to call it. basically i am trying to find the cheapest and most effective way to freeze whole chickens without buying a whole fancy vaccum sealer. speaking of vaccum sealer those ones that you can get at walmart or sams will that seal 6lbs whole chickens? they just dont seem that big!? any ideas for freezing whole chickens (they are about 6lbs)?
Get some big freezer bags and place dried chicken inside. Twist the top around a strawer and suck as much air as possible out before putting on the tie.
