What are the best programs or online sites where you can add retro and vintage effects to your photos?
I am looking for sites or programs ( it will be an advance if the programs are free) where you can add some great effects to your photos, i am looking for some vintage effects, retro effects, color flares, light flares and more cool effects. Please tell me. Thanks.
It’s all fine to recommend a camera that renders photos in a style other than normal. But think about this. You take a photo of say your parents. Later, perhaps one of them has passed on, and you’d love to have that photo in what would be called “normal” state but you don’t have it because you took it with this “gimmick” camera.
My point is this. If you want to render photos in this way do it with software but preserve your original. Later, when you want the original – and you probably will, you’ll have it and the rendered version.
Gimp works pretty well. I’ve posted a few that look more like paintings than photos but I preserved
my original for later use should I want it. Like this.
